Vampire
Every journalist’s duty is to take an interview to make his/her work honest and interesting, with opinions and facts. Interview makes the story more believable and truthful. This event is one side conversation between two or more people that is supported with asking questions and answers for them. It has a time limit and the greater the fame and importance of a subject the more limitations they demand. Interview is a small part of all stories of journalists work. This little part of work is very hard and sometimes dangerous. Some of the journalists want to make their story interesting and exiting, that is why they go for desperate act. For example, interview people in war points or in the secret companies. I imagine myself this as “Interview with the Vampire”.
The idea of creating name of the topic was Anne Rice’s book. “Anne Rice brought the vampire back in her own image... and considering her earlier career was in soft porn 'Romance' novels, I suppose it shouldn't be a surprise that all of her dark denizens should end up as preening slackers who live an empty and carnal existence. The roots of modern Goth are all here the narcissism, the romantization of death and times thereafter, all the boo-hoo loneliness. The fact of the matter is, these characters are better off dead, because if they were alive they'd be taking Zanax, listening to ’Alien Sex Fiend’ and working at McDonalds during the swing shift”, - wrote down Bob Bankard in the Vampire guide site. This is exiting way of looking into the vampire’s life. In 1994 the book was made into a popular Hollywood blockbuster starring Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt as the main characters Lestat de Lioncourt and the protagonist Louis de Pointe du Lac respectively.
This is just the one film of series of the vampire chronicle. The Vampire Chronicles is a series of novels by Anne Rice that revolves around the fictional character Lestat de Lioncourt, a French nobleman made into a vampire in the 18th century.
The Vampire Chronicles series include: Interview with the Vampire (1976), The Vampire Lestat (1985), The Queen of the Damned (1988), The Tale of the Body Thief (1992), Memnoch the Devil (1995), The Vampire Armand (1998), Merrick (2000), Blood and Gold (2001), Blackwood Farm (2002) and Blood Canticle (2003).
“Anne Rice's vampires are different in several ways from classic vampires like Dracula. Rice's creatures are not affected by the usual weapons against classic vampires: garlic, crosses or silver, and they cannot be killed with wooden stakes. They need blood, but not every night. Human blood is preferred as it is more nutritious, but animal blood is also used. They do not age physically (instead becoming more "statuesque" as they age), in all but a few cases, vampires younger than a thousand years old can usually be killed by exposure to sunlight or fire”, - states Wikipedia author.
· Saddam interview - Dan Rather interviewing Saddam Hussein only days before 2003 invasion of Iraq
· The Rolling Stone Interview - a number of very influential pop-cultural interviews in the 70's
· Microsoft interview - canonically challenging method of job interview
· Bashir interview - An interview with Michael Jackson, later created into a documentary
This is very interesting job to be journalist and maybe as Anne Rise many of us will write such interesting stories as “The Vampire Chronicles” and it become a best bestseller in the world wide. The future is very interesting think. Wish you all GOOD LUCK!

Computer design is one of the most wanted works in the world. It is develop in many areas, from games creator to the advertising. Also, person practicing his fields in the architecture and engineering area. Designer is especially used in reference to a fashion designer. As Wikipedia site states examples of different types of designers include: automotive designer, costume designer, fashion designer, game designer, graphic designer, industrial designer, interior designer, landscape designer, scenic designer, systems designer and web designer.
This is the new approach in the sphere of computer development. As for the journalists this profession became the important one. It is also very creative work as well. No one really expects that there will be so interesting job in our generation. Designers are usually responsible for making a model that takes into consideration each step in a product's development, including not only how a product will be used but also how it will be made.
Game designers also one of the most interesting professions in the world. There are a lot of people who like to play games, and there are a lot of ideas about creating new interesting computer stories. It might refer to those who design board games.
But also designer must work in consultation with not only the director, but also with his colleagues to ensure that the overall design of the production works together. Designer must to possess strong artistic capabilities as well as a thorough knowledge of pattern development, draping, drafting, textiles and costume/fashion history. A video or computer game designer develops the layout, concept of game play, and game design of a video or computer game. A game designer works for a developer (which may additionally be the game's video game publisher). This person's primary job function is writing, so the more experience they have with the activity, the better. Game designers often have studied relevant liberal arts such as psychology, sociology, drama, fine art or philosophy. Due to the increasing complexity of the game design process, many young game designers may also come from a computer science or other computer engineering background.
“WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Two Purdue University industrial designers won a grand prize at an international competition co-sponsored by Microsoft Corp. for a new personal computer design that may change the way people watch movies, listen to music, play games and read magazines”, - this is very interesting story about design in computer area, that available on this http://www.wpdfd.com/

Wi-Fi in Kazakhstan
Short for wireless fidelity and is meant to be used generally when referring of any type network, dual-band, etc. The term is more use like “Wi-Fi”. Any products tested and approved as "Wi-Fi Certified" by the Wi-Fi Alliance are certified as interoperable with each other, even if they are from different manufacturers. . It was developed to be used for mobile computing devices, such as laptops, in LANs, but is now increasingly used for more services, including Internet and VoIP phone access, gaming, and basic connectivity of consumer electronics such as televisions and DVD players, or digital cameras. A person with a Wi-Fi enabled device such as a computer, cell phone or PDA can connect to the Internet when in proximity of an access point. The region covered by one or several access points is called a hotspot. Hotspots can range from a single room to many square miles of overlapping hotspots.
In Kazakhstan it is delevoping very fast. For example, Wi-Fi in internet cafes, or the hot adresses are Akademik Satpaev Avenue 29/6 and 181 Zheltoksan Street. According to students forum (www.kimep.kz/sgforum) in KIMEP’s computer labs and its new library will be a Wi-Fi technology Internet. It is also appeared in “Black & Brown” coffee center also in KIMEP. Many students come with their laptops and while drinking coffee or eating their lunches, they can do their homework or download music using unwired connection.

According to the article “A press repressed” written by Bob Cullen, a journalist and novelist. He is also the author of “Why Golf? The Mystery of the Game Revisited” and “National Geographic”, 2002, there was an incident when the national TV channel “Tan” (dawn) was turned off from the air in the March 29, 2002. As Bob Cullen states, the Tan stopped its broadcasting because TV channel presented a news item, in which the head of opposition party Galumzhan Zhakiyanov called for Democratic Choice. On the other hand, it might be due to the fact that Tan reported that a daughter of the President of Kazakhstan ordered to “Air Kazakhstan” company to take her in Dubai for the winter furlough, while hundreds of passengers were left in Almaty airport. Alternatively, it can be the fact that Tan was founded by the member of the President’s cabinet and afterwards shifted to the opposition side.
Uneven breaches of the requirements of legislation were recorded in “Tan” TeleRadioCompany. The channel was accused for breaking the law of copyrights and translation of movies without any agreements with legal owners. That is why on March 9, at 12.20 a.m. representatives of Almaty Department of advertising and information of the Ministry of Transport and Communication allowed for the continuation of broadcasting till April 7. By this time TV channel had to eliminate all its breaches.
In my esearch some interesting facts were found during the research in the history of this channel. During the night of March 29, 2002 unknown people chopped up the cable of television transmitter with gun shots. 9 shots were exactly disablement feeder, on air cable of the Tan channel. The hold ups on cable were made twice: on the March 27, malicious penetrates cut out 2 cables of transmitted antennas that were it the roof of the building where the Tan channel was situated. From this building TeleRadioCompany was transmitted live air programmes. That is way there were overlapped power supply and air signal. Technical service has restored the cable, but there were another hold up in March 29 in which the cable was tore from the gun shoots. Of course, the TV channel Tan has broken some laws, and that is why it was closed. However, the Ministry of information was very strict to them. Such kind of problem can be solved in other way. The ministry just can tell to the director of the channel Bakhytzhan Ketebayev to solve problems immediately or there will be heavy consequences on the Tan channel. Nevertheless, the channel was closed down for 6 month. It was the first time in 10-year history of Tan’s operation that the channel was closed. In the mid April, working staff began to repair and change all equipment. Approximately on the April 17, the channel acquired all rights and licenses to begin its work again. But who gave a command not to broadcast Tan channel to the air? Of course the Ministry of transport and communication. That is why, Tan channel had no access to begin its work again as it was 6 month ago. At the end, this channel was owned by the Media-holding TRC “Channel 31”, which also owned a TV channel, radio station, and a number of newspapers like “Megapolis”. The owner of this channel is not recently convicted ex-minister of energy Mukhtar Ablyazov, not fired leader of TV channel Bakhytzhan Ketebayev, it is in fact the owner of the majority of shares of big Media-holding – Armanzhan Baitasov. As Ablyazov states “Information action policy is one of indirect reasons that halted the broadcasting of a popular TV channel in Kazakhstan”. Of course, it is a good point that TAN channel is privatized now. It mustn’t’ be closed because of numbers of mistakes. It is a popular channel and it must be translated to people and continue to work. Translate news and broadcast programs.
Cullen,B. A press repressed.
Translation of TRC "Tan" is stopped.

Nowadays there are many new professions that appeared several years ago. For example: computer designer, degree in international relations and of course public relations. This new way in the art, it’s duty to link to organizations, create communication between them and to support positive relationship. It is good that people create a new area of professions. Public Relations (PR) - is one of interesting job in the world.
The history of creating such kind of profession is very interesting. Denny Grisword is one of the first lady that use a definition of PR. According to her, "Public Relations is a management function which tabulates public attitudes, defines the policies, procedures and interest of an organization followed by executing a program of action to earn public understanding and acceptance." A lot of early PR programs were developed in encouraging of the expansive power of the railroads. As in fact, many educated scientifics suppose that “public relations” term was appeared in 1897 in Year Book of Railway literature. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 1998 there were about 122 000 public relations specialists and about 480 000 workers in the area of marketing, also PR and advertisers. PR managers actually deliver their information through the internet or other mass media. They give an account of sending a widely distributed opinion and conduct changes.
In Kazakhstan PR is just begin it’s step in the way of delevoping this profession. According to Erlan Askarbekov, a creator of prclub.kz, he collect all these links since year 1998. (PR CLUB LINKS). However, the results are not so bad as it expects to be. Kazakhstan has a really interesting way in PR life.
In fact, PR managers use high technologies to do their job. Nawadays it is a best way of working using internet. First of all, it is absolutely free in terms of distribution an advertising or specific press releases (Internet press releases are enumerated more quickly than websites, by search machinery, for example with “google”. Exact press release technique will often allow search engines to index your website.), fact sheets and pitch letters. (Pitch letter – is a letter, where PR manager include one sentense that is ends with a suggestion that recipient can contact a person who send this letter, with special adress or phone number). For PR people, the Internet offers a powerful, appropriate way to provide information to the press. In particular, e-mail and the Web are enlarging, often even replacing, previous methods such as telephone calls, faxes, and overnight deliveries. Some companies are use weblogs. They see the powerful PR talk produced by Blogs but don't see how blogs can be used for business purposes. It is a better way to include to the blog many advertising themes, facts, opinions, amybe photos or for example forum. Also it may include links to another sites. If there will be a telephone line, it will be always busy, but site or the weblog is much more better variant in way of getting information.
Ed Hill, PR site states that these points can be included to the professional PR-weblog
*Create and plan you weblog campaign
*Provide editorial content
*Re-purpose any work generated by your in-house writers and creatives
*Design and build a standalone blog hosted on our server
*Promote your campaign weblog with PR & Search Engine Marketing and on other weblogs
*Syndicate your campaign blog to news reader services

If station will broke the rules, they will be closed under Kazakhstan’s language law. It dictates that 50% of all broadcast must be in the native Kazakh language. That level is virtually impossible to achieve. In fact, our own survey of Kazakhstani broadcasters stations show none of the stations can maintain the 50/50 balance including the government’s own radio and television stations. That is why many channels broadcast a Kazakh part only in the night. But these channels are not only use these law as the main one, but also they include more native programs. That is why Kazakh growing generation will speak more in their own language, and this one of the way people speaks in Kazakh.

Online Communications
Another way of people communicating with each other is Online Forum. It is very interesting to discuss topics with another people in your country or in other country.
In Internet, these kinds of forums create in 1995. The virtual communications are very popular these days. In Internet there are not only web forums, but also a net messenger, ICQ*, e-mail, online-chats, hi5, hipper terminal ** and others.
*ICQ - is communicating program. The person downloads up the program from Internet, registries in the site and takes a personal number, for example 123-456-789. This program is owned by Time Warner's America Online subsidiary. It is created in 1996. But, What is the meaning of the word "ICQ"? It is very easy to understand it, "ICQ" = "I seek you". =) Nowadays, using microphone and digital Camera it is possible to see the person you communicating with and you can play with him.
**Hipper terminal - it is program when person using modem tool can communicate with other man. And it is very useful to send him files. For example, Aliya forget her presintation in her friends home. She calls him and says that she needs it now. Than, when communication is ready, she receives presentation immediately. Without internet connection.

Kazakhstan is developing country. The online is developing too. In the Kazakhstan, there are about 231 hub. But Kazakhstanish site maker are trying to do their best in the creating a best web site.
People can watch videos, download information, like MP3-music, books, read news, also create sites, communicate with each other or to broadcast TV movies or news.

The Russian online service is much more developed. They create a big online tool names RUNET. It is also cover a biggest part of world wide web. For example: Narod website halp to create your own sites for free, sitecity too.
